Our Teaching Services

Queen Street Clinic Doctors have been supervising and training registrar doctors since they opened in 1990.

Since then we have had new doctors join the clinic who are equally as enthusiastic about teaching. We now have five teaching GPs.

We provide a great learning environment which often entices the registrar doctors to stay longer in our beautiful area. We are supported in our training services by GP Synergy.

Registrars are a great asset to our clinic and we have been blessed with many wonderful registrars over the years.

Medical students are frequent visitors to our clinic and come from both Sydney and Newcastle Universities. Usually the student stays with our practice for between two and six weeks.

Nursing students have commenced observation terms with the clinic in 2010 and we look forward to this new involvement with the Southern Cross University of Coffs Harbour.
